    1.Creeting: If you meet staff in public area, they’ll greet to you and let you feel kind and warm-hearted.

    2.Precedence: When staff meet you at lobby, corridor and elevator and the like, they will let you go first and let you feel ”Guests First”.

    3.Smile: Staff will show you nature and sweet smile in public area.

    4.Introduce:Staff will introduce some service facitiles of the hotel to you and guaid you to the place that you will want to go.

    Efficiency Promise

    1.Check in quickly-5 minutes: From check in to leave reception desk.(excluding other information)

    2.Luggage quickly-3 minutes: Bellman will send your Luggage to your room with you as soon as you finish the check in.

    3.Answering the telephong quickly-3 time rings: Operator and service centre will answer the telephone in three time rings.

    4.Restruant Serve quickly-10 minutes: From your ordered to send the dish to desk.

    5.Repairing quickly-10 minutes: Repairer will arrive in you room in ten minutes from receiving notice.

    6.Room service quickly-30 minutes :After you order ,the common dish will be sent to you room in 30minutes.

    7.Send mail quickly-in this day: When the bellman receive your mail, fax and the like, they will send it to your room in this day and EMS will be send to your room in time.

    8.Check out quickly-5 minutes: We ensure you leave reception desk in five minutes ,but excluding checking room time.

    9.Service centre quickly-5 minutes: After you telephone the service centre and ask some common request, the assistant will sent it to your room, including boiled water, tea ,brought goods and the like.

    10.Information quickly-2 minutes: When you ask about the common service in hotel, (example dinner, guest room, business, amusement , mail, shopping, ticking)every assistant will answer you .

    11.Settling complaints quickly-5 minutes : When you are unsatisfied with our service, please dail quality line “100”, assistant manager will settle your complaints in five minutes.
